Medicare

Medicare, made simple — with advisors who stay.

Turning 65, retiring, or rethinking your current plan? We compare options across Hawai‘i's major carriers, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and help you enroll on time — then we're here every year after, not just at signup.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

All-in-one plans with medical, drug, and extras like dental and vision — often $0 premium.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

Cover the gaps Original Medicare leaves behind, with freedom to see any Medicare doctor.

Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)

Find the plan that covers your medications for the lowest total yearly cost.

Enrollment & timing

New to Medicare? We help you enroll on time and avoid lifelong late-enrollment penalties.

Long-Term Care Planning

Protect your independence — and your family.

Care in Hawai‘i is among the most expensive in the nation, and Medicare covers very little of it. Planning ahead protects your savings, your home, and — most importantly — your loved ones from carrying the burden alone. The best options are available while you're still healthy, so earlier conversations mean more choices.

Traditional long-term care insurance

Dedicated coverage for home care, assisted living, and nursing facility costs.

Hybrid life + LTC policies

Life insurance with long-term care benefits built in — if you never need care, your family still receives a benefit.

Short-term care & home care options

More affordable alternatives that still soften the biggest costs.

Family care planning

An honest look at what care costs on O‘ahu and how your plan fits your family's situation.

Retirement Planning

Turn savings into income you can't outlive.

You spent decades building your nest egg — the next step is making sure it lasts. We focus on insurance-based retirement strategies that protect principal and create dependable income, so the essentials are covered no matter what the market does.

Fixed & fixed-indexed annuities

Guaranteed income options with principal protection from market downturns.

Guaranteed lifetime income

Build a personal "pension" that pays you every month for as long as you live.

401(k) & IRA rollover options

Understand your choices when you retire or change jobs — without pressure.

Legacy & beneficiary planning

Make sure what you've built passes to the people you love, the way you intend.

Life Insurance

Protect the people who count on you.

Whether it's income replacement while the kids are young, final expense coverage so your family isn't left with bills, or a tax-advantaged way to leave a legacy — we'll help you find the right type and the right amount, from carriers we trust.

Term life

The most coverage for the lowest cost, during the years your family needs it most.

Whole life & permanent coverage

Lifetime protection that builds cash value along the way.

Final expense

Smaller, simpler policies that cover funeral and end-of-life costs — often with no medical exam.

Living benefits

Modern policies that can pay benefits early if you face a serious illness.

Local & independent

O‘ahu-based, working for you — not the carriers.

No cost to you

We're paid by the carriers, so our guidance is always free.

Common questions

Straight answers, no jargon.

What does it cost to work with you?
Nothing. Our advisors are compensated by the insurance carriers, so plan comparisons, enrollment help, and ongoing service are always free to you — and the price of a plan is the same whether you use an advisor or not.
Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. Most people come in with a life event — turning 65, retiring, a new grandchild, a parent needing care — and we help sort out what matters from there. One conversation often covers several of these areas at once.
When should I start long-term care or retirement planning?
Earlier than you think. Long-term care options are broadest and most affordable while you're healthy — typically in your 50s and early 60s. Retirement income planning works best 5–10 years before you retire, but it's never too late to review where you stand.
Will you pressure me to buy something?
No. Our approach is education first — we lay out your options, give an honest recommendation, and the decision is always yours. Sometimes the right answer is keeping exactly what you have, and we'll tell you that too.

Annuities and life insurance products are contracts with insurance companies; guarantees are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Product availability, benefits, and riders vary by carrier and by state. Long-term care and life insurance are subject to underwriting.
